iKnowZyme CXL can deteriorate β-1,4-xylosidase from xylan molecule and hydrolysate are xylo-oligosaccharides , xylose. and hydrolysis of the 1,4-beta-D-glycosidic linkages in cellulose, hemicellulose, lichenin, and cereal beta-D-glucans. Cellulase break down the cellulose molecule into monosaccharides (``simple sugars``) such as beta-glucose, or shorter polysaccharides and oligosaccharides. It’s widely used in brewage, tea and Beverages industries.
