Pullulanase

Pullulanase shows starch debranching activity and specifically catalyzes the hydrolysis of pullulan. Pullulanase can efficiently hydrolyze α-1,6-glucosidic bonds to produce straight-chain dextrin only contain α-1,4-glucosidic bonds quickly, greatly improve the utilization rate of starch.
